李乾朗（1949 年生，台北）是台灣重要的建築史學者與藝術家，以精準細緻的古建築手繪圖聞名。他自幼成長於大稻埕與淡水的歷史環境，從小累積對建築、文化與繪畫的深刻感受，奠定了他日後的研究視野。
1968 年就讀中國文化大學建築系，本欲成為建築師，卻因受到畫家席德進與古蹟學者林衡道啟發，轉而投身台灣與中國傳統建築研究。自此，他以手繪透視、剖面與構造分析圖，建立起兼具學術深度與藝術價值的研究方法。
近四十年來，李乾朗任教於多所大學，現為國立臺灣藝術大學古蹟藝術修護學系客座教授，長期講授中國建築史、台灣建築史與古蹟維護。他並投入古蹟調查、文資審議與建築文化推廣，為台灣建築保存領域的重要推手。
截至 2018 年，他出版著作近八十本，包括《台灣建築史》、《傳統建築入門》、《臺灣古建築圖解事典》、《巨匠神工》等，長年為學界與愛好者的重要參考資料。
近年，他以大量手繪作品參與多項建築展覽，從台北、新竹到新加坡、山西，以獨特的圖像語彙呈現傳統建築的美學與技藝，讓更多人看見台灣與華人建築文化的深度與魅力。

Li Chien-Lang (born 1949, Taipei) is a Taiwanese architectural historian and artist, renowned for his meticulous hand-drawn studies of traditional Chinese and Taiwanese architecture. Growing up in historic Dadaocheng and Tamsui, he developed a lifelong fascination with architecture and drawing. He studied at Chinese Culture University, and under the guidance of painter Xi Dejin and scholar Lin Hengdao, turned his focus to historic architecture. Li has taught, published nearly eighty books, and exhibited his detailed perspective and sectional drawings, preserving and interpreting Taiwan’s architectural heritage.
